Meet and do business with around 200 delegate buyers. We recommend that you keep the same team on your stand throughout the event. Changes to staff throughout is confusing for delegates and irritating if the same company asks them the same set of questions twice!
Service providers can only attend as an exhibitor or sponsor, ensuring everyone who comes onto your stand will be a potential customer for your business.
All delegates are individually checked to ensure they are genuine buyers and arrangers of business travel or meetings.
Meet the maximum number of delegates during the event. Each delegate will have a calling card to be signed on each stand, ensuring you can build new relationships and strengthen existing ones.
Guaranteed allocated periods throughout the event when delegates will meet with exhibitors, including an optional appointment service for delegates who want to ensure they have time with particular Exhibitors.
Exhibitors can sit in on conference sessions and take part in some of the smaller workshops giving extra time with delegates.
