Conference registration fee

£99 +VAT for entrance to the two-day Conference and Exhibition

OR

£199 +VAT for entrance to the two-day Conference and Exhibition, plus Monday night accommodation at the Park Inn.

Registration fees for all delegates cover entrance to all Conference sessions and Workshops (Workshops are assigned on a first come first served basis), in addition to the following:

  • All meals from Monday morning to Tuesday afternoon
  • All refreshments at coffee breaks and opening of Exhibition each day
  • Monday evening Drinks Reception
  • Monday evening TBTC’08 Party including buffet dinner with drinks
  • Conference Pack including Handbook, Directory of Exhibitors with contact details, Conference Programme, notepad/pens and other goodies
  • Appointment-booking service to secure private appointments with exhibitors
  • Access to helpdesk and cloakroom that will be manned throughout the event
  • Entrance to Exhibition Hall and Sponsored Competitions

To benefit fully from the event we recommend delegates stay at the venue on the Monday night. The Park Inn is a four-star hotel and we have subsidised their full rates so delegates can have bed and breakfast accommodation in a single occupancy room for only £100 (total price including Conference fee is £199 +vat). We have a limited allocation of bedrooms so we recommend delegates book early. There are also several other hotels within walking distance of The Park Inn if we do become fully booked.

Sunday Night

On Sunday evening we will be holding an evening reception featuring complimentary buffet and drinks for delegates, speakers, and exhibitors arriving early. For delegates who require accommodation on the Sunday night we have secured rates of £100 (+vat) for bed and breakfast single occupancy rooms.

This is the rate fixed for the TBTC’08 organisers to enable us to hold a number of rooms in advance and does not take into account fluctuations that can occur with hotel room rates online. If you can find a cheaper rate for Sunday night single occupancy stay with breakfast at The Park Inn we recommend you book this element directly to minimise the cost to your business.
