Delegate offer cuts the cost of The Business Travel Conference
Updating your knowledge and awareness of the very latest business travel developments and hot issues has never been more cost-effective following the launch of a new promotional discount for delegates wishing to attend The Business Travel Conference.
FCm Travel Solutions, the leading sponsor of this must-attend event, has unveiled a discount of 30 per cent on delegate rates. To qualify for the discount simply quote FCm when registering online at www.thebusinesstravelconference.com.
This saving can be used in addition to discounts of up to 50 per cent already available to Institute of Travel Managers (ITM) and Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) members and applies to both full event and one day passes.
The event will take place on Monday and Tuesday October 25-26 at the Novotel London West, Hammersmith where the keynote speaker will be former MP, cabinet minister and TV presenter Michael Portillo. Other leading industry speakers and an educational programme of six seminars and six workshops will also take place across the two days, alongside a private TBTC attendee-only exhibition.
The event has been specifically designed for those responsible for booking, buying, arranging or handling business travel and meetings at companies both large and small. The programme includes seminars on negotiating with suppliers; cost cutting; meetings management; and eco issues; and workshop sessions of traveller tracking and safety; managing requests for proposals; managing rail travel; managing expensive and MI data; choosing a TMC or HBA and the value of self-booking tools. Delegate numbers are limited to 200 to maintain an informal feel and give plenty of opportunities for one-to-one networking.
The full event pass is priced at £150 with one-day passes at £75 before discounts are applied. The fees include the full seminar programme, a choice of three workshops, entry to the TBTC exhibition, conference pack, meals and refreshments, early arrivals drinks reception, Monday night dinner and party, delegate offers and entry into numerous competitions.
Among delegates already registered are key buyers and arrangers from The Law Society, British American Tobacco, Balfour Beatty Rail, Apple Inc, Rolls-Royce, Aviva, IKEA, the BBC, HSBC, Barclays and Specsavers.
Over 50 exhibitors have confirmed their attendance in the exhibition area including heavyweight players such as Virgin Atlantic, Emirates, Jet Airways and Flybe; FCm Travel Solutions, Rotana Hotels, Carlson Wagonlit, Silverdoor, Choice Hotels and Avis.
